Typically in Florida we are quite literally sweating on Christmas Day….so whats better than a frozen cocktail to pass around in 85 degree weather, amiright?
Just like all things in 2020, however, the unexpected is happening and we have weather rolling in in the 40’s on Christmas Day and thats not stopping me from whipping up this frozen creamy pomegranate margarita for my guests!
You may look at these ingredients and cringe when you see the coconut cream, but I promise you its a game changer! The best part… if you follow a keto or low carb diet, this fits the bill!

White Christmas Margarita
- 1 oz Silver Tequila
- 1 oz Triple Sec or comparable option
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- 3 drops of liquid Stevia
- Fresh Lime Juice
- Swerve or Sugar Substitute
- Pomegranate Seeds for Garnish
Add all ingredients to blender with a cup of ice, blend until smooth consistency, add a sugar rim (I used swerve), and garnish with pomegranate seeds and a lime wedge! This one is a crowd pleaser… I promise!
